Networking is the process of actively building connections to enhance your personal and career success.
It has become the single most important life skill in determining personal and business success.
Your ability to be connected within others, may determine your contract, partnership, promotion, or job offer!
Your own natural network is formed through your contacts that you meet in your day-to-day personal or business life. This natural network is always intersected with other similar networks and interconnected groups. Through these intersecting circles you could have access to a very large constantly expanding and forever changing network. These informal strategic alliances can greatly benefit both parties. But often, due to a lack of self awareness and understanding of other peoples needs and preferences, individuals can fail to effectively establish and maintain connections with others.
To achieve networking success, the ability for individuals to understand their own unique preferences for interacting with others, as well as those of other people, will help them to more effectively build relationships and establish connections.
In this program each participant will work one-to-one with their coach to improve their networking connections. They will complete an evaluation and have three sessions with a career practitioner who will help them to discover their unique networking style. Participants will learn how to capitalise on their own natural strengths and talents in order to cultivate interpersonal relationships and allow them to grow and prosper. Together with their coach they will develop a plan of action to improve their effectiveness at building relationships to help them to expand their network and areas of influence.
Participants will learn strategies they can implement immediately to improve their personal effectiveness in establishing and maintaining connections and therefore, enhance their personal and business success.
This program can be delivered online or face-to-face.
